HRRMC offers short-term housing options for employees who are relocating to the area for a job at our organization, or who are finding it challenging to find stable housing (subject to availability) through the Delnay Guest House.

Conveniently located on HRRMC's main hospital campus, the Delnay Guest House offers one-bedroom and two-bedroom units. Each unit is fully furnished and equipped with WIFI, laundry units, and a television.

Criteria

To qualify for the use of the Guest House, employees must:

Be a new hire, temporary staff member or independent contractor, relocating from a distant location, or
Be an existing Employee transferring from a distant location, or
Be an Employee requiring temporary housing as part of a special project or assignment, and
Must be in good standing with no Records of Communication or other disciplinary action on file, and
Cannot own any developed real estate within Chaffee County, and
Receive approval from Human Resources and the CEO through the application process.

How to Apply

Employees interested in utilizing the guest house and who meet the above criteria may ask for an application by emailing humanresources@hrrmc.net. For any other questions, please email or call (719) 530-2200.

Employees can expect the application process to take 5-7 business days. Units will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
