If you have received services or have had a hospital overnight stay at Heart of the Rockies Regional Medical Center, you will be able to view your health information via the portal for services on or after April 1, 2014. For services prior to this date, please contact your medical provider or the Medical Records Department. If may take up to 72 hours after discharge or completion of services for all of the following information to be available: 

• Allergies
• Current and past health concerns
• Diagnoses
• Discharge instructions
• Immunizations
• Medications
• Pay your bill
• Procedure information
• Test results

Please note that due to the sensitivity of some test results and reports, certain protected health information may not be accessible via the Patient Portal. You may obtain a copy of these records by contacting the Medical Records Department.

Direct Access Testing (DAT) Results 

Direct Access Testing results are available through a separate profile within the Hospital Patient Portal.

You can access your DAT results using the same name and password you currently use for your Hospital Patient Portal, My CareCorner.

Direct Access Testing results are generally posted on the portal within 24 hours of specimen collection, but some results may take longer.
